Many buyers express concern that “the agent” works for the seller. This is true, but we are only able to serve our sellers well if we gain the trust and respect of our buyers. We are also very conscious of our duty to our buyers as laid down in the various codes of practice we abide by. And, we never forget that our buyers of today will become our sellers of the future. So how do we balance this dual responsibility? We do so by employing transparency, honesty and integrity, our three watchwords in all we do.
Our job is twofold. Firstly, we are charged with achieving the best prices for our sellers. Secondly, we must do all we can to find the right properties for out buyers and treat them with fairness and respect. We cannot make you as a buyer pay more than you think a property is worth. But we can assess how right a property is for you and endeavour to negotiate a price satisfactory to both you and the seller.
