CRANLEIGH OFFICE
Reputedly England's largest village, Cranleigh is set on the edge of the Surrey Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Yet it is just a short drive or bus ride away from Guildford, Horsham and Dorking. Cranleigh has a thriving heart and a strong sense of community.
The high street provides many individual shops, including a fishmonger, butcher and small department store, as well as household name retailers such as Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's. Dotted amongst the shops are attractive restaurants, cafes and pubs. For sport and leisure, there is a sports centre with swimming pool and gym, golf course, library and arts centre.
Cranleigh has an adjoining health centre and there are some very good schools within the village, ranging from infant to secondary level, including the highly popular Cranleigh School. Cranleigh is surrounded by some of Surrey's loveliest countryside, providing wonderful opportunities for walking and riding. Cranleigh also serves a number of nearby villages including Dunsfold, Loxwood, Shamley Green, Peaslake and Ewhurst.
We are experiencing a high demand for property, however there needs to be more choice for the homeowners/ buyers as most are nervous about placing their own homes onto the market or making an offer on the first house that they see.
