- Define a powerful, targeted marketing strategy to present the property at its very best and sell it within a defined timescale.
- Ensure unoccupied properties are fit for sale by carrying out routine maintenance and attend the property as and when required.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting, offering straightforward guidance and recommendations.
- Appoint an approved local agent to assist if our group do not have a ‘local office’.

Undertake full responsibility for the sale of a property, including providing professional mortgage advice to purchasers and recommendation of solicitors.
